MPI Group Whistleblowing policy is designed to provide employees with avenue to deal with concerns raised in relation to specific issues which are in the public interest.

Whistleblowing is the disclosure by employees, Subcontractors, Suppliers or External Customers/Clients of malpractice – internally or externally – as well as illegal acts, or omissions at work or where staff members or other stakeholders have reasonable belief that one of the following has occurred or is likely to occur:

  • Bribery and corruption
  • Financial Fraud
  • Damage to company property
  • Misrepresentation of data
  • Asset Misappropriation
  • Theft
  • Regulatory violation
  • Nepotism/Discrimination
  • Procurement and tendering fraud
  • Other unethical behaviors
  • Who can raise concern?

  • Any Employee, Subcontracto>rs, Suppliers or External Customers/Clients, who has a reasonable belief that there is serious malpractice relating to any of the protected matters specified in Scope of the Policy, may raise a concern under the procedure detailed below. The issues raised under the protected list may relate to another member of staff, a group of staff, Subcontractors, Suppliers or External Customers/Clients. The individual must reasonably believe that the relevant failure or malpractice has occurred or is likely to occur and that matter is in the public interest. The company will ensure that any stockholder who makes a disclosure in such circumstances will not be penalized or suffer any adverse treatment for doing so.
